In 2014, Conde took over management of George Thorogood & The Destroyers and began an immediate reboot of the brand, including a new website, restructured social media presence, expanded tour merchandise, an online subscription fan club, an independent tour marketer, a new publicity firm, and new clothing and guitar endorsement deals.
For the band's 50th Anniversary in 2024, Formax orchestrated a year of festivities that included the Bad All Over The World – 50 Years of Rock Tour, The Recording Academy GRAMMY Museum’s An Evening With George Thorogood & The Destroyers at The Clive Davis Theater, the opening of The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Legends of Rock Exhibit, a performance at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, and a top-selling summer tour with John Fogerty.
For 2026, Formax has overseen the international The Baddest Show On Earth Tour, a Las Vegas Raiders halftime performance, Live Aid 40th Anniversary events, a long-term exhibition at Musician’s Hall of Fame and Museum, and the PBS special Recorded Live At Analog.
